We believe in minimising our environmental impact, and that’s why we take a multi-pronged approach. We use less machinery whenever possible, opting for traditional methods like hand- picking barley husks. This not only reduces our reliance on automated processes but fosters a connection to the brewing heritage. We also extend this commitment by cleverly reusing 60% of the wastewater generated during the reverse osmosis (RO) purification process for domestic purposes within the brewery. It’s these practices that allow us to deliver delicious brews while keeping the environment in mind.
